This month Essco will offer Sentinel 538 Sealer/Primer Odor Encapsulant Pail for only $150! Regularly priced at $170 this water based multi-surface sealer/primer is used to seal and trap odors commonly found on restoration projects like smoke and many other odors.  Sentinel 538 works great as part of a two-part system and should be used after affected areas have been cleaned and treated with Sentinel 522 Smoke and Odor Destoryer.

Directions for use (Professional use only):

Apply Sentinel 538 using a brush, medium nap roller, or spryer.  Apply a thin coat.

When spraying 538 mix contents thoroughly and use a .020 tip

Allow 538 to dry thoroughly  (a minimum of 120 minutes).  If necessary, a second coat can be applied after first coat is completely dry.  If spraying 530 in HVAC ducts or systems, allow to dry for 2 hours before recirculating fresh air.  Fresh air should be carefully inspected for odors before ventilating into occupied spaces.  The use of a MSHA/NIOSH respirator is recommended when exposed spray mist or in areas of poor ventilation.

Clean up: Undried product and painting equipment can be cleaned with soap and water wile 538 is still wet.
