Benefect Botanical Disinfectant contains botanically pure plant extracts and has been proven to kill over 99.99% of Bacteria, Fungi, TB and HIV. It has been approved by the U.S. E.P.A as a high level Disinfectant, Fungicide, Tuberculocide and Virucide. Requires no rinsing or wiping after application on most surfaces including construction materials. Ideal for all water or mold damaged construction materials such as walls and floors and for deodorizing porous surfaces such as carpets and under pad.
